BNCMC finalises ward structure for upcoming civic elections

Bhiwandi: The final ward structure for the upcoming general elections of Bhiwandi Nizampur City Municipal Corporation (BNCMC) has been approved by the Hon. State Election Commission of Maharashtra. The approval marks the completion of the process for the city’s 23 wards.
The draft structure, initially approved on September 1, was published on September 3 to allow public suggestions and objections. In response, 84 objections were received, leading to a hearing on September 19, conducted by Radhabinod Sharma, Commissioner and Administrator of Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation. Following careful consideration of the feedback, the final proposal was submitted for approval.
The finalised ward structure is now available for public viewing at the Election Department on the first floor of the municipal headquarters and at all Ward Committee offices.
Additionally, it has been published on the official municipal website (www.bncmc.gov.in) for public access. The process aims to ensure a transparent and inclusive approach to the electoral process in Bhiwandi Nizampur.
