Mumbai: US financial services firm JP Morgan has secured a long-term lease of over 116,210 sq ft in Sumitomo Realty’s commercial tower, located in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai. The lease spans an initial tenure of 10 years and is valued at approximately Rs 1,000 crore.

The leased space occupies the 11th and 12th floors of the under-construction building in BKC’s G‑Block and is expected to become JP Morgan India’s headquarters.

The lease arrangement includes an option to extend for up to three additional five‑year terms, taking the potential duration to 25 years.

This marks one of the largest pre-lease transactions in Mumbai’s premium office space market and reflects rising demand in BKC’s commercial hub.
