Actor Preity Zinta lashed out at news media outlets after several images and videos of her and Rajasthan Royals cricketer Vaibhav Suryavanshi emerged on social media. Asserting that the images were morphed, the visibly annoyed actress expressed surprise as to how people were falling for it. In the said video, the actor is seen having a conversation with Vaibhav and then hugging the teen sensation. Reposting a news story on her hugging Vaibhav, Preity wrote, “This is a morphed image and fake news. Am so surprised now news channels are also using morphed images and featuring them as news items”.
