The Manpada police station in Kalyan has registered the first case of a violation of the code of conduct within the Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation area. The case stems from an unauthorized hoarding erected by an advertising agency along Kalyan Sheel Road in Dombivli East.

The contentious hoarding prominently displayed the message: "Four crore concrete houses have been built, more will be built, Modi's guarantee, form Modi government once again." However, investigations revealed that the agency failed to obtain the necessary permissions before installing the hoarding.

Assistant Commissioner Bharat Pawar of the Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation received a complaint regarding the unauthorized hoarding and promptly initiated action. Following the complaint, a case has been filed against the advertising agency, identified as AD Promotion Advertising Services, for contravening the code of conduct.

Authorities are expected to take stringent measures to enforce compliance with the code of conduct, ensuring that advertising activities adhere to legal and procedural requirements. Further updates on the case are anticipated as investigations continue.
