Shiv Sena welcomes hundreds of supporters from UBT Group, boosts support in Navi Mumbai

Navi Mumbai:  In a significant political development, hundreds of office bearers and workers from the Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray faction (UBT) in Navi Mumbai publicly joined the Shiv Sena party (Eknath Shinde Faction) in the presence of Deputy Leader Vijay Nahata. The event saw the participation of sub-city chiefs, department heads, branch heads, and women office bearers from areas including Vashi, Sanpada, Shiravane, and Nerul.

These individuals, who were previously part of the UBT group, expressed their admiration for the work system and leadership of Shiv Sena's Deputy Leader Vijay Nahata. Their decision to join the Shiv Sena was also influenced by the leadership of the Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, whose welfare schemes for women, senior citizens, and youth have garnered widespread appreciation.

The public event took place at the Shiv Sena's public relations office in Nerul, where workers from various parts of Navi Mumbai, including Vashi, Sanpada, Shiravane, and Nerul, formally joined the party. This mass defection highlights the growing influence of Shiv Sena in the region.

During the event, Deputy Leader Vijay Nahata emphasized the popularity of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, stating that his commitment to the all-round development of the state is attracting more people to the Shiv Sena. Nahata also assured that the party would ensure justice for every worker who joins, further strengthening the party's position in Navi Mumbai.
