Rajsaheb Thackeray medical service room has officially been inaugurated in Navi Mumbai, with the poster unveiled by Rajsaheb Thackeray himself at his residence Shivtirth to mark his birthday. Raj Thackeray, known for his commitment to social causes in Maharashtra, emphasized that patient care is akin to divine service and encouraged providing assistance to those in need.
To commemorate Rajsaheb Thackeray's 56th birthday, the Navi Mumbai MNS has launched a medical service room, aimed at offering comprehensive support to patients and their families. Navi Mumbai City President Gajanan Kale highlighted that the MNS health messengers will be ready to serve the public through this initiative.
Patients and their relatives often face challenges with administrative tasks and medical tests, especially when in fragile conditions or when coming from outside the city with limited support. The MNS health workers will now assist by providing guidance on hospital premises navigation, test locations, document completion, and securing hospital beds. They will also offer support to prevent financial exploitation in private hospitals by ensuring patients receive proper guidance on billing issues. The medical room will be open 24/7 to provide continuous support.
A dedicated helpline number, 9833111127, has been established by the Navi Mumbai MNS to offer assistance. Health workers will be readily available to provide help to those in need.
Gajanan Kale assured that this medical ward will expedite patient care and ensure that 'Maharashtra Sainik' stands by the poor and common people in times of crisis. The entire MNS team will operate under the principle that "Patient service is God's service." He expressed confidence that the initiative would provide satisfaction from contributing to patient recovery and will be a success.
The medical room's operations will be overseen by Appasaheb Kothule, Ajay More, Suhas Minde, Sandesh Dongre, Sagar Vikhare, Sharad Deege, Nitin Naik, Nikhil Thorat, and Sandeep Singh, informed Sachin Kadam, City Secretary of Navi Mumbai.
