The recruitment process in the Panvel Municipal Corporation (PMC) is being conducted through TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) for various departments, including administrative, engineering, technical, legal, fire services, security services, information and technology services, finance and accounts services, horticulture services, urban development services, mechanical services, public health services, sports services, veterinary services, and auditing services. For these 377 positions, PMC has received around 54,558 applications.

The last date for submitting online applications was September 15th. Once the scrutiny of received applications is completed, the examination dates will be announced. Candidates will receive their admit cards through TCS.

The examination will be held in various centres across all districts of Maharashtra, including Panvel Municipal Corporation. To maintain transparency, each centre will have a control officer and an assistant officer. It is important to note that any form of cheating or tampering with mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, digital watches, etc., during the examination is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action stated the civic body

Ganesh Deshmukh, Municipal Commissioner of Panvel Municipal Corporation also stated that the recruitment process aims to select highly qualified and educated individuals for various positions in the municipal corporation, ensuring transparency and fairness in the selection process.
