Mumbai University clinched the third spot in the highly contested All India Inter University Girls' Kho-Kho tournament, held in collaboration with Savitribai Phule Pune University and Agashe College, Pune. The tournament witnessed spirited performances from teams representing 16 zones across the nation.

In a nail-biting match, the Mumbai University team triumphed over Mysore University to secure the coveted third position. The team, comprising talents like Roshni Junghare, Kanchan Halgare, Kishori Mokashi, and Kajal Shaikh from SST College in Ulhasnagar, showcased exceptional skill and determination throughout the tournament. Reshma Rathod, also from SST College, led the team with remarkable leadership.

The victorious team was honoured during a felicitation ceremony graced by distinguished personalities including Mumbai University Sports Director Dr. Mohan Amrule, SST College Founder Principal Dr. Purswani, IQAC Coordinator Dr. Khushbu Purswani, Sports Director Rahul Akul, Pushkar Pawar, along with teachers, coaches Narendra Mengal, Pratap Shelar, and other esteemed members of the staff and student community.
