Temperatures to soar as high as 44°C 

As the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) gears up to face a deadly heatwave, forecasts predict soaring temperatures across the city starting from tomorrow, April 27th, through April 30th. With scorching temperatures expected, residents are urged to take precautions to stay safe and hydrated.

According to meteorological reports, Kalyan is expected to experience temperatures ranging between 43 to 44°C, while neighbouring areas such as Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Thane are not far behind, with temperatures soaring to 41°C and 42°C respectively. Even the typically cooler Santacruz area is expected to see temperatures rise to 38-39°C.

In light of these extreme conditions, authorities are urging residents to take necessary precautions to safeguard their health. Staying hydrated is paramount, with experts advising individuals to drink plenty of water and avoid outdoor activities, particularly during the peak hours of noon when the sun is at its strongest.

Residents have been asked to prioritize their well-being and take proactive measures to combat the intense heatwave. With temperatures expected to reach unprecedented highs, everyone must stay vigilant and heed the advice of health officials.

As per his predictions, Mumbai is bracing for a deadly heatwave from tomorrow, April 27th, through April 30th. With temperatures reaching as high as 44°C in Kalyan, 41°C in Navi Mumbai, and 42°C in both Panvel and Thane, residents are advised to stay hydrated, drink plenty of water, and avoid outdoor activities during noon hours to stay safe.
