Navi Mumbai: In an inspiring session aimed at boosting organizational morale, Kiran Bedi, India’s first woman IPS officer and former Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry, addressed officers and staff at the ‘Management Insight Programme’ organized by Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) in Navi Mumbai.
Focusing on the theme of motivation, Dr. Bedi shared valuable lessons from her extensive career in policing and public administration. She highlighted that discipline and integrity are the foundation of success for both individuals and organizations. Stressing the importance of ethical leadership, she said, “Such values are essential for building strong and resilient institutions.”
