Kalyan: Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) Kalyan City Branch, under the leadership of Ravi Patil, staged a strong protest against the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, which claimed the lives of more than 27 innocent tourists. The protest was held at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk on April 23.

Activists gathered with placards, raising slogans in condemnation of the cowardly attack and reaffirming their commitment to national security. Tributes were paid to the victims, and the protesters expressed solidarity with the bereaved families.

Ravi Patil, while addressing the gathering, assured that the central government has the strength to ensure the nation’s security and that such attacks would be met with strong resistance. He said that the security forces are capable of safeguarding the country from terrorism.

Prominent leaders like Deputy Leader Vijaya Pote, District Organiser Chhaya Waghmare, and other office bearers of Shiv Sena, including Yuva Sena Deputy City Chief Aniruddha Patil, participated in the protest. The event also saw the active involvement of women’s wing members and local activists.
