Bhayandar: In an administrative reshuffle, seven police inspectors under the Mira-Bhayandar, Vasai-Virar Police Commissionerate have been transferred. The move comes shortly after newly appointed Commissioner Niket Kaushik took charge.

According to the official order, four inspectors from the crime branch and three from various units have been reassigned. Inspector Kumar Gaurav Dhadwad, earlier posted in Mumbai, has been transferred to Nalasopara Police Station, while Inspector Rishikesh Pawal has been moved to the crime branch. Inspector Sameer Ahirrao has been shifted from the crime branch unit-2 to Nayanagar Police Station.

Inspector Devidas Handore, previously with the anti-human trafficking cell in Mira-Bhayandar, has been transferred to Mandvi Police Station. Inspector Sushilkumar Shinde, who has earlier served with the anti-terrorism squad and the CBI, has been appointed to the crime branch unit-1. Inspector Pramod Badakh has been shifted from Crime Branch Unit-1 to the Central Crime Disclosure Cell, while Inspector Aviraj Kurade has been reassigned from the Central Crime Disclosure Cell to Crime Branch Unit-2.
