Repeated fire raises concern among residents

A fire erupted at Vaishnavi Logistics warehouse, responsible for handling goods in Jasai and Chirle village panchayats, on Monday around 9:30 am. The cause of the fire remains unclear, but reports indicate that all workers present during the incident have managed to escape unharmed.

The recurring incidents of fire at the goods-handling warehouse of Ekendra Vaishnavi Logistic Park have stirred anger among the residents of Jasai Chirle Gram Panchayat area. A high-level inquiry has been initiated into the incident, and social activist Nilakant Gharat has called for strict action against the warehouse owner and the associated contractor.

Dr. Uday Kadam, Tehsildar of Uran, confirmed the fire at the Vaishnavi Logistics warehouse in Jasai and Chirle village panchayat limits. While the cause of the fire remains unclear, Dr. Kadam assured that there were no reported casualties. Authorities continue to investigate the incident to ascertain the root cause of the fire and prevent future occurrences.
