Promotes language in Dubai

Bhavna Bhatia, an executive founder member of the Sindhi Suhini Sanstha in Navi Mumbai's Sector 17, has embarked on a mission to promote Sindhi culture and language far beyond her hometown. Her recent journey took her all the way to Dubai, where she spearheaded efforts to instill a sense of pride and belonging among young Sindhi expatriates.

Recognizing the dwindling interest in Sindhi language and heritage among the youth, Bhatia and her team organized Sindhi language courses in Navi Mumbai before extending their reach to Dubai. According to Bhatia, Sindhi boasts a rich linguistic tradition, brimming with diverse alphabets and profound meanings. However, she laments the diminishing enthusiasm among youngsters to embrace their mother tongue.
