Uddhav Thackeray to address public meeting in Uran Taluka
In anticipation of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections and to address the concerns of the people in the Maval Lok Sabha Constituency, the Shiv Sena, under the leadership of former Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, is set to organize a public meeting on Monday, March 4th, around 5:30 PM at Dronagiri Node (New Sheva).
Shiv Sena leader and former Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray will guide the public, office bearers, and workers during this gathering, as announced by Manoharsheth Bhoir, district head of Shiv Sena (Thackray group) and former MLA.
Former Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray is expected to address various issues affecting the people of the Uran Vidhan Sabha Constituency, including the pending 12.5 percent issue, the crucial matter of a 100-bed healthcare facility, and the impending water crisis. The public meeting aims to provide a platform for interaction and discussion on these pressing concerns.
Former MLA Manoharsheth Bhoir highlighted the challenges faced by the people of Uran during the BJP government's tenure, emphasizing the need for development in areas such as road infrastructure. Additionally, concerns were raised regarding government projects impacting farmers in Uran Assembly Constituency, with the Shiv Sena expressing firm opposition to initiatives that involve acquiring land from farmers at high prices.
Moreover, Shiv Sena (Thackeray group) announced its alliance for the Lok Sabha elections, with plans to contest from Maval Lok Sabha constituency. The decision was disclosed by Manoharsheth Bhoir, emphasizing the presence of Uddhav Thackeray during the event.
Prominent figures such as Shiv Sena leader and former Union Minister Anant Geete, MLA Sachin Ahir, Shiv Sena Maval organizer and former P Chi Manap, Mayor Sanjog Bhiku Waghere-Patil, Baban Dada Patil, Shekap's senior leader and MLA Jayant Bhai Patil, former MLA Balaram Patil, former mayor JM Mhatre, and district president of the Congress party Mahendra Sheth Gharat, among others, are expected to be present at the public meeting.
