Belapur: NMMC has urged all property owners to complete their ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) process to access its digital services more efficiently. The initiative aims to streamline property tax payments and provide timely civic updates, said NMMC Commissioner Dr Kailas Shinde.

With key services now online, citizens can view bills, make payments, and receive alerts, such as water supply issues, flood warnings, or traffic updates, via SMS or email.

To enable this, owners must complete the KYC process at www.nmmc.gov.in by scanning a QR code or clicking the provided link. Required details include property number, mobile number, and email ID.

Once verified, users will receive tax bills and payment links directly. As property tax is a vital revenue source for public services, NMMC has appealed to residents to complete KYC promptly and pay taxes on time.
