Panvel artist Kevin Dias to represent India at International Watercolour Festival

Fine artist Kevin Dias from Panvel, Navi Mumbai, has been selected to represent India at the International IWS Olympiart 2024, the world’s largest watercolour festival, competition, and exhibition. Organized by the International Watercolour Society of India, this prestigious event will take place at Delhi Metropolitan Education (DME College) in Noida, New Delhi.

Kevin, the youngest participant in the competition, will showcase two of his watercolour paintings among the works of 550 artists selected from a pool of 1,600 entries across over 60 countries. The festival will feature a grand opening ceremony, exhibitions, demonstrations, workshops, cultural programs, art tours, art talks, and an exciting plein air landscape painting competition.

Reflecting on his achievement, Kevin described it as "a dream come true," highlighting how this opportunity will enable him to connect with and compete against some of the finest international artists.
