The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has announced that the hall tickets for the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Examination, also known as the 10th-grade examination, can be downloaded online from Wednesday, January 31st, 2024. Students can access their admit cards through the board's official website www.mahahsscboard.in by logging in with their school credentials.
In case of any technical difficulties, secondary schools are advised to reach out to their respective Divisional Boards for assistance. An appeal to this effect has been made by State Board Pune Secretary, Anuradha Oak.
It is imperative for all secondary schools across divisional boards to ensure that the online admit cards are printed and distributed to the students without any errors. If any issues arise while opening the hall ticket, it is recommended to download the admit card using Google Chrome browser.
Furthermore, schools are instructed not to levy any fees for the printing of admit cards. The printed admit cards must be signed by the respective headmasters. In case of any discrepancies such as errors in the subject or medium mentioned in the admit card, schools are required to make necessary corrections at their level and promptly inform the Divisional Board.
Corrections related to student details such as photo, signature, name, date of birth, and place of birth should be rectified by the secondary schools, and a copy of the corrected admit card must be submitted to the Divisional Board immediately.
If the photo on the admit card is defective, schools are instructed to affix the student's photo and have it signed by the concerned principal. In the event of a misplaced admit card, secondary schools should issue a reprint marked as "Duplicate" in red ink and provide it to the student.
All students, parents, teachers, principals, and secondary schools involved in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Examination scheduled for March 2024 are urged to take note of these instructions and act accordingly to ensure a smooth examination process.
