NMMT launches toll-free helpline for passenger complaints and emergency situations

The Navi Mumbai Municipal Transport (NMMT) administration has introduced a toll-free helpline number, urging passengers to report any issues or emergencies related to NMMT services.
Passengers are encouraged to dial 1800220047 to register complaints about service disruptions, breakdowns, or any other concerns they may encounter while traveling on NMMT buses. Notices detailing this initiative have been prominently displayed inside all NMMT buses across the city.
The administration assured that the toll-free service operates round the clock and is accessible free of charge. Additionally, specific contact numbers have been provided for urgent assistance at Turbhe Agar (8356833566), Asudgaon Agar (8356833390), and Ghansoli Agar (8356833545).
Yogesh Kaduskar, Manager of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation's Transport Wing, emphasized the administration's commitment to swiftly address passenger issues during emergencies and ensure a smoother and safer travel experience for all commuters.
