The construction, undertaken without the requisite permission from the municipal authorities, has prompted the issuance of a notice for eviction dated back to 2019.

Officials from the Belapur Encroachment Department of the Municipal Corporation confirmed the unauthorized nature of the construction and emphasized the imperative of adhering to proper regulatory procedures and permissions in all construction activities within the municipality.
