Mira Road: The Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation (MBMC) recently organised a training session for its officers and employees on legal and judicial procedures.

The training, led by Abhay Jadhav, legal officer, NMMC, targeted Class I to III officers and staff of the corporation, aiming to enhance their understanding of legal fundamentals and judicial processes.

"This training is designed to equip our officers and employees with a deeper, more practical understanding of judicial procedures and management," said Commissioner Radhabinod Sharma.

The training covered essential legal concepts, court procedures, types of claims, the process of filing complaints, and the binding nature of court orders on the municipal corporation.

Abhay Jadhav, the resource person, emphasized the importance of the session, stating, "Our objective was to provide practical insights that will help officials in their daily responsibilities, ensuring that legal procedures are followed correctly and effectively."
