Vijay Singhal, Vice Chairman & Managing Director of CIDCO, undertook a comprehensive visit to various housing and infrastructure project sites on Thursday, March 14th, 2024. Accompanied by senior officials including Shantanu Goel, Dr. Kailas Shinde, Dilip Dhole, N. C. Bias, and Sheela Karunakaran, Singhal inspected ongoing projects such as Centre of Excellence, Golf Course expansions, and other significant ventures.

Singhal's directive during the visit emphasized the crucial need for timely completion of CIDCO's housing projects for the benefit of the common citizens. Additionally, he underscored the importance of expediting projects like the Centre of Excellence Football Stadium and the expansion of the Kharghar Valley Golf Course to transform Navi Mumbai into a globally recognized sports city.

Furthermore, Singhal highlighted the significance of projects like the Kharghar-Turbhe Tunnel Link Road in enhancing transportation and connectivity in the region. He stressed the imperative for CIDCO to deliver high-quality results within stipulated timelines.

This visit follows Singhal's prior inspection of CIDCO's Navi Mumbai International Airport site, where discussions surrounding project progress and directives for swift execution were also held.

During the March 14th visit, Singhal specifically evaluated the status of projects including the Mansarovar Housing Project, Navde and Taloja Housing Project, Centre of Excellence, Central Park, Kharghar Turbhe Tunnel Link Road, Kharghar Golf Course, and Kharghar Housing Project. Directives for accelerating project implementation were issued following discussions with concerned officials.
