top-news

To streamline the application process for its mass housing scheme in January 2024, CIDCO has established kiosk booking counters at Taloja and Dronagiri nodes. These counters aim to assist applicants, especially those facing challenges with online registration, by providing guidance and support from trained CIDCO staff.

The initiative comes as part of CIDCO's commitment to ensuring accessibility and ease of use for its services. With a total of 3,322 tenements available under the scheme, the Kiosk Booking Counters will play a crucial role in facilitating applications for interested individuals.

CIDCO's mass housing scheme January 2024, launched on Republic Day, offers 3,322 tenements in Taloja and Dronagiri nodes of Navi Mumbai. Out of these, 312 tenements are earmarked for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) under the PMAY, while the majority are available for the General Category.

Applicants can access detailed information about the scheme and initiate the online registration process through the designated website https://lottery.cidcoindia.com. The online registration commenced on January 26, 2024, with the computerized lottery draw scheduled for April 19, 2024.

CIDCO encourages citizens to take advantage of the Kiosk Booking Counters to avail themselves of the mass housing scheme benefits. The trained staff will provide assistance and guidance throughout the application process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for all applicants.
