Amitabh Bachchan has recently bought a 25,000 sqft plot for a whopping Rs 40 crore in Ayodhya. According to media reports, the Bollywood legend is on an investment spree in the temple town and has acquired his fourth property.

The plot, the reports said, is located near the upscale ‘Sarayu’ real estate project, where Bachchan had previously invested Rs 14.5 crore. The latest purchase comes in the wake of a Rs 20 crore investment by the mega star in a real estate firm owned by Bollywood producer Anand Pandit.
