Ulhasnagar: In a shocking incident, a man killed his wife and daughter before committing suicide. The man identified as Pawan Ahuja killed his wife, Neha, and daughter, Roshni, with a sharp weapon and later committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling of his house near Bevas Chowk, Camp No.1.

A video recorded by Pahuja prior to the incident has surfaced, in which he cites severe financial hardship as the reason behind his drastic action. The incident happened on May 14.

Pahuja, who worked at a jewelry-making shop in Sonar Gully, was reportedly earning a modest income that barely covered his family’s needs. The family was already reeling from the recent loss of a young child, adding emotional strain to their existing financial difficulties. His daughter Roshni had recently passed her 10th-grade exams with commendable marks.
