TATA IPL Fan Park set to bring joy across record 50 Indian cities this season

In a view to enthrall the cricket loving fans of the prestigious TATA Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 slated to kick-off from 22nd March, 2024, Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), the governing body of the game in India is all set to once again vow communities with the Fan Parks once again. To be held across 50 Indian cities this time around during the course of the tournament and will be covering the length and breadth of the country. The same will be other than the designated city based venues of the IPL franchises that will host league cum-knock out matches. Fans can experience glitz, glamour and entertainment while witnessing the LIVE action on giant screens at these Fan Parks. Music, official merchandise, food court, games and some fun activities by IPL's official sponsors will also be part and parcel of the same.
Eleven Indian states – Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand, Gujarat, Karnataka, Jharkhand, Punjab and Telangana – will host the much-anticipated Fan Parks in the first two weeks of the TATA IPL 2024, with five Fan Parks taking place simultaneously across different cities, each week. The schedule for the Fan Parks post 7th April , 2024 will be announced in due course.
In the first two weeks of the TATA IPL 2024, commencing from 22nd March to 7th April, 2024, there will be 15 Fan Parks. The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will take on Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in a blockbuster clash on the opening day of the TATA IPL 2024 on 22nd March, 2024 and the first Fan Park of the season will take place on the same day in Madurai. Solapur and Nagpur in Maharashtra will be the Fan Parks during the weekend on 23rd - 24th March and 6th - 7th April respectively, during which double headers of TATA IPL will be staged across different city specific venues. The same includes one between Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals in Mohali along with that between former champions, Kolkata Knight Riders and Sunrisers Hyderabad in Kolkata (On 23rd March), followed by inaugural edition winner Rajasthan Royals and Lucknow Super Giants in Jaipur, along with Gujarat Titans and Mumbai Indians in Ahmedabad (On 24th March).
“Every season turns out to be bigger than before and staying true to this, the ones' visiting the Fan Parks will be eligible to showcase their fan moment by expressing their love for their favourite team, player or cricket” said an IPL statement.
