Panvel: The sanitation inspectors of Panvel Municipal Corporation (PMC) have taken strict action against Lakshminarayan Yadav, a resident of Kalamboli, for repeatedly dumping garbage near the KLE College premises.

Despite multiple warnings issued by the corporation staff, Yadav continued to dump waste improperly. Consequently, a fine has been imposed on him as per municipal regulations.

An official complaint has also been filed against Yadav at the Kalamboli police station by PMC, and penal action has been taken accordingly.

Under the guidance of PMC commissioner Mangesh Chitale, the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is being effectively implemented within the municipal limits. The corporation’s sanitation workers regularly work to maintain cleanliness across the city as part of this initiative
