Panvel: The anti-encroachment squad of Panvel Municipal Corporation carried out a drive against handcarts that were repeatedly occupying public roads and obstructing daily movement of citizens in Kalamboli area.

Despite multiple warnings, five handcarts continued to encroach on public space. Under the guidance of Ward Officer Shriram Pawar, action was taken by Ward Committee 'B'. The drive was carried out on June 10.
