Nerul: D Y Patil University and D-CAL will organised a lake clean up drive at DPS Lake on June 14. The event, based on the theme "Clean the Lake, Change the Future," encourages citizens to take an active role in building a cleaner and greener tomorrow. The event is scheduled to begin at 6:30 AM.

The cleanup drive aims to restore the natural beauty of the lake while raising awareness about the importance of preserving local water bodies. The initiative is being held in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Navi Mumbai, NMMC Swachh Survekshan 2024, and the Mangrove Foundation.

Volunteers participating in the drive are requested to wear white T-shirts for uniformity. Gloves and masks will be provided by the organizers to ensure safety and hygiene during the activity.
