Navi Mumbai: The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has announced the sale of 48 plots across various nodes in Navi Mumbai. These plots, located in Ghansoli, Nerul, CBD Belapur, Koparkhairane, Kharghar, Kalamboli, Panvel (East), Panvel (West), and Pushpak Nagar, are available for lease for commercial, service industry, and star hotel purposes.

CIDCO has invited applications through e-tendering and e-auction processes from eligible applicants, including citizens, developers, and builders interested in constructing bungalows, row houses, hotels, and commercial complexes in Navi Mumbai. The tender process commenced on July 8 and will continue until July 23.

Features of the Scheme:

1. Variety of Plots: The 48 plots are suitable for residential, bungalow, residential and commercial, commercial, service industry, and star hotel use.

   2. Strategic Locations: Plots are strategically located across key nodes in Navi Mumbai, offering varied opportunities for development.

3. Plot Sizes: The plots range from a maximum area of 14,434.76 sq.m. to a minimum area of 60.08 sq.m.

  3. Submission Period for Closed Tenders: July 8, 2024, from 11:00 am to July 23, 2024, until 23:59 hrs.

 4. Document Fee Payment for e-Auction: July 8, 2024, from 11:00 am to July 24, 2024, until 12:00 hrs.

 5. Deposit Amount Payment for e-Auction: July 8, 2024, from 11:00 am to July 24, 2024, until 12:00 hrs.
