Cancellation, Diversion & Short Origination of Trains Via KR Route

In response to severe weather conditions, including heavy rain with higher intensity on Konkan Railway route water was seen oozing out in the Pernem tunnel between Madure - Pernem section at km 386/6-7 of Karwar region since Tuesday afternoon till Wednesday evening resulting in waterlogging on the tracks. The following trains are cancelled, diverted, short originated and partially cancelled till services are restored as per KR officials
Cancellation of Trains :
1. Train no 22229 Mumbai CSMT - Madgaon Jn. Vande Bharat Express
2. Train no. 12051 Mumbai CSMT - Madgaon Jn. Janshatabdi Express
3. Train no. 10103 Mumbai CSMT - Madgaon Jn. Mandovi Express
4. Train no. 12133 Mumbai CSMT - Mangaluru Jn. Express journey
5. Train no. 16345 Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Thiruvananthapuram Central Express
6. Train no. 12619 Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Mangaluru Central Express
Diversion of Trains:
1. Train no. 12618 H. Nizamuddin - Ernakulam Jn. Mangala Express journey commences on 09/07/2024 will be diverted via Panvel - Lonavala - Pune - Miraj - Londa - Madgaon.
- Train no. 16311 Shri Ganganagar -Kochuveli Express journey will be diverted via Surat - Jalgaon Jn. - Badnera Jn. - Wardha Jn. - Balharshah - Warangal - Vijayawada Jn. - Renigunta Jn. - Katpadi Jn. & Coimbatore.
- Train no. 12741 Vasco Da Gama - Patna Jn. Express journey commences will be diverted via Londa - Miraj - Pune Jn. - Manmad Jn and further proper route.
- Train no. 16346 Thiruvananthapuram Central - Lokmanya Tilak (T) Express journey at Mangaluru Jn. will be backed & diverted via Shoranur Jn. - Erode Jn.- Jolarpettai - Renigunta Jn. - Guntakal Jn - Wadi - Solapur Jn. - Pune Jn. - Lonavala - Panvel and further proper route.
- Train no. 22630 Tirunelveli - Dadar Express journey commences will be diverted via Erode Jn.- Jolarpettai - Renigunta Jn. - Guntakal Jn - Wadi - Solapur Jn. - Pune Jn. - Lonavala - Panvel and further proper route
. Short Origination of Trains :
Train no. 20112 Madgaon Jn. - Mumbai CSMT Konkankanya Express journey will be short, originating from Sawantwadi Road station on its scheduled time (19.32hrs) & partially cancelled between Madgaon Jn. - Sawantwadi Road.
