RBI Edge Past HDFC Bank 2-1: MFA Premier Corporate League

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) registered a hard fought 2-1 win against HDFC Bank in a keenly contested Premier Corporate Division match of the Mumbai Football Association (MFA) League 2023-2024, played at the Neville D’Souza ground, Bandra on Tuesday.
In the match contested between evenly matched outfits, Reserve Bank took a slender 1-0 lead through Rolfred Coutinho’s strike in the third minute of additional time of the first half.
HDFC Bank came back with renewed intensity on resumption post the break and immediately restored parity when striker Prashant Rane struck the equalizer in the 56th minute.
The aggressive intent to gain maximum points by the Reserve Bank paid dividends as they managed to score the second goal through Floyd Dharmai efforts in the added time of the second half to clinch a hard-fought win.
